7. Use of Google AdWords Conversion

7.1. We use the offer of Google Adwords in order to draw attention to our attractive offers using advertising (so-called Google Adwords) on external websites). We can determine the success of individual advertising campaign based on the advertising campaign data. With this, we pursue our interest of showing you advertising which is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair advertising costs ratio.

7.2. Google delivers these advertising materials via so-called "ad servers". For this purpose, we use ad server cookies which can be used to measure specific key performance indicators such as ad display or user clicks. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Adwords saves a cookie on your PC. These cookies generally cease to be valid after 30 days, and are aimed at identifying you personally. Usually, the unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (flag that the user does not want to be addressed any longer) are saved as analysis values for this cookie.

7.3. These cookies enable Google to recognise your browser. If a user visits specific pages on the website of an Adwords customer, and the cookie on his or her computer is not yet expired, Google and the customer can see that the user clicked on the ad and was forwarded to this page. A different cookie is assigned to each Adwords customer. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of Adwords customers. We do not ourselves collect or process personal data in the mentioned advertising campaigns. Google merely provides us with statistical analyses. Based on these analyses, we can identify which of the advertising campaigns used were particularly effective. We do not receive further data from the use of the advertising materials, and in particular we are unable to identify the users based on the information.

7.4. Based on the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a connection with the Google server. We cannot influence the scope and further use of the data which are collected by Google because of using this tool, and are therefore informing you in accordance with our level of knowledge: Since Adwords conversion is integrated, google receives the information that you have accessed the relevant website page or have clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered for a Google service, Google can allocate your visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google, or are not logged in, it is possible for the provider to obtain and save your IP address.

7.5. You can prevent participation in this tracking process in different ways: a) in your browser software settings, especially by suppressing third-party cookies so that you do not receive ads from third-party providers; b) by disabling cookies for conversion tracking in your browser settings so that cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com" are blocked, https://www.google.de/settings/ads. However, this setting is deleted if you delete your cookies; c) by disabling interest-based ads by providers which are members of the self-regulating campaign "About ads", via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices. However, this setting is deleted if you delete your cookies; d) through permanent disabling in your browsers Firefox, Internetexplorer and Google Chrome using the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We would like to inform you that this might prevent you from enjoying all functions of this offer in full.

7.6. The legal basis for processing your data is Art. 6 (1) 1 lit. f GDPR.
